Stunning cars, world-class tailoring
Launched in 2022, the Concours on Savile Row is now established as a key date in both the automotive and bespoke-tailoring calendar.
Thanks to the cooperation of Westminster Council, Savile Row is closed to traffic over the two-day event. Visitors are able to browse the spectacular cars and the fascinating tailors’ displays, as well as enjoy the talks and live music on the central stage.

The brief
The organisers of the Concours on Savile Row needed a team that they could rely on to manage their:
VIP Drinks Reception for both invitees to the event and their sponsors and partners;
VIP Members Experience
They also required expert Waiting Staff and Bartenders.
Following the end of the event, a gala dinner was to be held in the Royal Academy followed by a drinks reception held in the prestigious Burlington Arcade.
What we did
We provided an Event Manager, a VIP Liaison, bar staff and waiting staff to ensure that their event ran smoothly and was a success.
We supported the transformation of the Royal Academy from a prestigious gallery into a banqueting hall for 90 guests.
We transformed the Burlington Arcade into a venue for their drinks reception including 2 bars, furniture and staffing.
